Keys Childcare, one of the largest providers of specialist residential and education services in England, is opening its first Active8 Care facility in Lincolnshire.
This innovative service is planned to be opened by the Middle of 2008 in the Holbeach area and will offer a mobile respite service and an exciting residential social work service for the young people in our care.
Active8, whilst currently based in Anglesey operates throughout the UK. We provide individually tailored outdoor adventure activities, led by highly qualified staff. This new service planned to be named Aqua8 will incorporate tailored packages for young people giving them the experience of living between our Registered House and our own specially adapted narrow boats.
Our programmes are designed to challenge, stimulate, teach, motivate and develop young people who are in need of Emergency or Planned Respite.
If you are dynamic, fun, caring, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to work away form home and most importantly eager to work with challenging young people then this is the position for you!

Project Workers Full Time/Part Time & Bank
Previous Child Care Experience is desirable however, no experience necessary but, you must be committed to looking after children and young people in a “residential” setting, have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team. In addition you must be committed to training to or already have NVQ level 3 in child care.
It is desirable that applicants have a National Governing Body outdoor qualification, preferably in water sports.
